This website is a personal portfolio for delman, a music producer based in Italy.

This site does not collect personal data such as names, emails, or sign-up information. We do not use tracking cookies. The analytics described below are used only to understand site usage and are not shared with third parties.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users. It provides aggregate data about page views and visits.

Additionally, we run self-hosted analytics. When you visit a page, we may record: the page path, referrer URL, device type (mobile/tablet/desktop), browser and operating system, screen dimensions, approximate country (from your IP), and a session identifier stored in your browser's session storage (cleared when you close the tab). When you play audio on the beats page, we may record which beat was played, the time, approximate country, and a truncated user-agent string. This data is stored on our servers, aggregated for statistics (visits, top pages, device breakdowns, popular beats, etc.), and not shared with third parties. It is used solely to understand how the site is used.

Legal basis for processing

We process the data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it. We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or advertising.

Third-Party Links

This site contains links to streaming platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Deezer, and Amazon Music. These external services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them when visiting those platforms.

Data retention

Aggregate statistics may be retained for as long as needed for site analysis. Raw or pseudonymized analytics data is retained for a limited period (for example, 12 months) and then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy, or your local data protection authority). We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including secure hosting and encryption in transit (HTTPS). We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
